JobAdder provides recruitment agencies and staffing companies with an easy-to-use platform for finding and placing staff. This makes matching the right talent with the right positions easier and quicker, and dramatically reduces admin time.

Integrating with Ximble makes life even easier still

It’s now possible to create a seamless flow from recruitment to scheduling and employee time tracking. Combining the power of Ximble to JobAdder means that as soon as a placement is confirmed, an employee’s details are automatically added to our system. Better yet, the location of the placement where the employee will work is also added to the system as a ‘worksite’.

Why is this exciting? Let us explain.

When an agency helps a candidate arrange a temporary placement at a company, the responsibility for payment often remains in the hands of the agency itself. So, even though the candidate will be spending their time in an external organization, it’s still essential to collect timesheet data.

Ximble makes that simple, as a result of our many methods for clocking in and out. With our geo-fencing feature, you can even restrict clocking in to specific locations. You will then be able to collect precise timesheet data which can be used for payroll, which even takes into account multiple overtime rules and PTO.

Agencies can also take advantage of our intuitive scheduling system to ensure optimal staffing across all locations, and to avoid ever getting caught out by employee availability. With employees receiving notifications on-the-go, they’ll always know where to be, and when.
