Ximble was founded on the desire to solve cumbersome scheduling problems. Since 2011, we’ve been working to improve workforce management through modern software. And as our customers’ needs change and expand, we evolve too.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that Ximble has been acquired by Paycor. Paycor is a U.S. based software and service company providing small and medium-sized businesses a suite of HR technology solutions, including HR, benefits, payroll, applicant tracking, onboarding, learning management and more.
The HR software space is experiencing a period of consolidation and many of our customers are looking for “all-in-one” solutions for their HR needs. Even though we offer a best-of-breed scheduling and time and attendance solution, being part of a broader HR package has many advantages not just for us but for our customers as well. Paycor very much values the scheduling suite we’ve built, and our firms have a natural chemistry as we’re both immensely focused on providing a great customer experience.
So what changes for Ximble and our customers? Expect the same great applications and expertise, only with broader HCM solutions for those who desire that. Paycor brings resources that will strengthen our people and processes, which in turn benefits all Ximble customers. Together, we’ll serve more than 30,000 customers and 1.5 million employees and be able to do that at scale, so that each customer is individually considered and well-supported.
